The overall theme in the 4th semester is “Multi-storey buildings with dwellings and commercial units”.

The overall theme in the 3rd semester is "Industrialized building design". As with the previous two semesters, the predominant work method is project work - carried out as group work whenever possible.

The project methodology in the second semester is applied to the following themes - Industry and Technology, International Project Week and Designing a Two-storey Single-family House with a Basement.
